The Man in my life (and Richard Marx!)

Ok, before I get to this guy who was literally hidden from me for so long. . .

I'm watching Celebrity Duets on Fox, and Richard Marx is doing a duet with Lucy Lawless. He's actually kind of cute without the mullet. I guess I'm finally seeing what all those women in the '80s saw.

Ok. . .now for the new guy, who I just re-discovered a few days ago.

His name. . .is Frankenberry.

Really.

I bought the cereal on a "Buy 4, Save $6" when I had to buy kiddie cereals for Godson when he came up to go to HersheyPark. I knew Godson would NOT be eating Frankenberry, because there are some things that just need to be saved for "when you're older" -- like cereal that turns your milk strawberry flavored and comes with crunchy cereal marshmallows. So. . .I got two boxes of Kix, a box of Cheerios, and. . .FRANKENBERRY!!!

(Lest you think I'm mean, the kid didn't even understand the deliciousness of cotton candy, which I gave him. . .like 3 seconds to try to enjoy before I scarfed the entire thing down in front of a horrified couple who was sharing a tram car with us, and their daughter who was absorbed with getting a juice box).

Frank went to the back of the food cabinet, and I lost him until this past Tuesday.

Gotta love the simple things -- strawberry milk and cereal marshmallows.
